The following types of users are available:

  • Administrator has control over users, organization settings, and all content.
  • Content Moderator can manage and edit the organization's content but does not have access to user or organization management.
  • Content Assistant uploads and edits their own files but cannot modify or delete content from other users.
  • Visitor has access only for viewing and downloading available materials.

piXme functions as a central digital storage hub – all data is accessible from various devices and locations without the need for software installation. Every team member works in the same environment with clearly defined rights and responsibilities.

Administrators also have access to detailed activity logs, enabling them to track who worked with specific content and when.
