Advanced Sharing

piXme makes file sharing easier without the need to send files through various external storage platforms. Multiple options can be configured for sharing.

Sharing works by selecting the photos you want to share and creating a shared link. This link is then sent to the recipient.

Key Features of Advanced Sharing:

Time-Limited Links – Set an automatic expiration date for the shared link.
Download Permission Settings – Option to allow only previews without downloads. You can specify the maximum resolution for downloads, with preset options such as web resolution, A4, or full resolution.
One-Click Folder Sharing as Preview Only – If you need to share a gallery or folder with colleagues or third parties, for instance from an event, you can generate a link with a single click.

This functionality is useful for anyone who wants more control over sharing—from teams working on collaborative projects to professional photographers needing secure file transfers for clients.
